Last month we handled the recession! We’re still in it, but it hasn’t gotten worse! The national headlines declare the real estate market to be cooling. And it is. But in the Top 7 North Atlanta Suburbs, it is cooling slowly. National averages do not capture our local markets. For that matter, neither do Atlanta averages….
